These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the nomini24.live platform and all associated services. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. Read these conditions in full before opening an account.

1. Eligibility

Use of this platform is restricted to adults who have reached the minimum legal gambling age in their province. In most Canadian provinces this is 19. In Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec the minimum age is 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any associated winnings will not be paid out.

Using our services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your location. Nomini24 accepts no liability for a user's breach of local regulations.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on this platform. Creating multiple accounts, including under different email addresses or payment methods, is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will not be paid out.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. Providing false details gives us the right to suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals. Changes to account details can be requested through customer support, subject to providing appropriate documentation.

3. KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, and when certain deposit thresholds are reached, we are legally required to verify your identity. This typically involves a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases evidence of the payment method used. The review process generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted from a minimum of CA$10. All deposits are credited in CA$. Deposits made in another currency will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction, plus any conversion fees charged by that provider. We do not charge our own deposit fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested from a minimum of CA$20. We process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours after internal review. Payouts are made preferentially through the same method used for the deposit. We reserve the right to designate an alternative withdrawal method if the original method is unavailable.

Weekly withdrawal limits may vary depending on account status. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from increased limits. Contact customer support for details specific to your account.

6. Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to applicable wagering requirements. The welcome bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered 35 times before a withdrawal can be processed. Deposits made via Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Free spin winnings carry a separate wagering requirement of 30x.

Bonus funds are used only after real-money balances have been exhausted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers without prior notice. Misuse of bonus offers, including through arbitrage strategies or coordinated play, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted on this platform: fraud, manipulation of game outcomes, use of software tools to influence games, money laundering, and sharing account credentials with third parties. Where any of these are suspected, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gambling

10. Changes to These Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is registered.
